Title: Supervisor of Student Services

What is the most rewarding aspect of your work?

I love my job as Supervisor of Pupil Services because it gives me the opportunity to support students, families, and staff in meaningful ways every day. In this role, I am able to help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I enjoy collaborating with dedicated educators and community partners to ensure that all students have access to the resources and opportunities they need to be successful. Most of all, I value the chance to make a positive impact on students’ lives and to be part of their journey toward achieving their goals.

What is the greatest benefit of being a NAPSA member?

For me, the greatest benefit of being a member of the National Association of Pupil Services Administrators is the sense of connection and support it provides. As a Supervisor of Pupil Services, it’s so valuable to learn from others who truly understand the unique challenges and rewards of this work. Being part of this network not only gives me access to resources and new ideas, but also reminds me that I’m not alone in striving to create the best possible outcomes for students, families, and staff.
