How to Meet the Moment: Unwavering Support for Every Student

From October 19-21, 2026, NAPSA will hold its 60th Annual Conference at the Doubletree By Hilton Annapolis Hotel in Annapolis, MD.
The conference program has been developed in collaboration with the Maryland State Department of Education and features outstanding experts who will present on an eclectic offering of salient topics relevant to the field of pupil/student services. From Mandated MTSS to Chronic Absenteeism to Bullying Prevention to The Effect of Underrepresentation on Staffing, Learning, and School Culture to a Legal Update on Issues Affecting Pupil Services: What You Need to Know to Responsible Use of AI to How to Identify Threat Level and Determine an Appropriate Response to A Layered Approach to School Safety – Practices Using Wrap Around Interventions to a presentation by the Maryland School for the Blind, NAPSA meets the moment to provide unwavering support for every student.
The conference will kick off with registration beginning on Sunday (10/18/26) afternoon. Sessions begin on Monday (10/19/26) with a welcome from NAPSA President Dr. Sophia Allmond and the Maryland State Department of Education.
