The most rewarding aspect of working in Student Services is leading efforts and initiatives that support and promote student success. It is a privilege to collaborate with a forward thinking team committed to problem solving. Our focus is to utilize data informed decisions to foster students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth. Together, we strive to make a positive impact on students’ educational experiences and expand their opportunities for future success.
What is the greatest benefit of being a NAPSA member?
Networking through NAPSA has been invaluable through all aspects of the Director of Student Services role. I’m grateful for the friendships and professional collaboration shared with my fellow colleagues as we all serve to enhance student achievement.
