According to a recent a recent analysis from the National College Attainment Network (NCAN) February 23rd, members of this year’s seniors submitted 1.1 million FAFSA applications. In fact, FAFSA Submissions from Seniors are down 38% from last year at this time. The dropping submissions rates follow the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) made the FAFSA available nearly three months later than usual as a result of streamlining the form.
