The most rewarding aspect of my work is recognizing team member strengths and assisting in their professional growth. It is very fulfilling to coach and mentor future leaders who support and positively impact pupil services.
What is the greatest benefit of being a NAPSA member?
NAPSA provides regular, relevant updates that keep members appraised of current events, trends, and research. I enjoy the webinars that are offered through NAPSA and the multitude of resources that are shared as well!
