What is the most rewarding aspect of your work?
To summarize the reward or motivator of being a district leader is leading staff in partnership with families and the community for services for our students. My district has a tradition of excellence that we value and build upon for future success as we prepare students for adulthood.
What is the greatest benefit of being a NAPSA member?
Networking in NAPSA is one of its greatest benefits. Through networking I am able to stay current on up and coming trends and research based practices for improved outcomes in schools. NAPSA offers resources of the annual conference and ongoing webinars and resources on the website. I enjoy collaborating with others in the field of education beyond Ohio.
