What is the most rewarding aspect of your work?
It is quite the honor to work with such dedicated members of the Board of Education, trusted teachers, committed fellow administrators and Superintendent, invested parents, and conscientious students. Being able to identify, create, implement, and sustain programs, services, and linkages that empower students and their families, has been the most motivating and exciting aspect of my role within our community.

The greatest benefit of being a NAPSA member is to spotlight, share, and learn best practices in our educational field with the goal of modeling and sharing with a growth mindset.
