What is the most rewarding aspect of your work?
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the students and their parents at graduation when you have seen them come so far to say you did it and congratulations! A mom cried when she learned her daughter was allowed to walk. She came in fighting her first year and left saying thank you for everything with tears.
We did it together!
