What is the most rewarding aspect of your work?
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been the ability to integrate faith-based initiatives, along with technical expertise to facilitate innovative teamwork, educational leadership and mental health awareness in school districts across Kentucky.

NAPSA is a safe place that fosters personal and professional growth and development for administrators, by serving as a repository of evidence based practices, proven experience and analytics. The leadership, fellowship and relationships cultivate a network for educational professionals that is PRICELESS. NAPSA encourages each affiliated person to believe you can achieve great things and make a difference.
