What is the greatest benefit of being a NAPSA member? One of my mentors taught me early in my career as an administrator to prioritize my own learning. What is the greatest benefit of being a NAPSA member? NAPSA has been a long-standing organization for professional resources to advocate for best practices for students and families to enhance academic, personal-social well-being as well as mental health needs. It has also been a tremendous venue for sharing professional ideas with others in the field of pupil services. The support from colleagues has been most helpful in addressing the challenges in public education which all of us have experienced. I would recommend to any professional in the field the active participation in NAPSA and her state affiliates.
